Information for physicians and nurse practitioners on referring patients to Radiant Medical Systems.
Who can refer
Referrals are accepted from physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers authorized to order diagnostic imaging.
How to refer
Referrals can be submitted to our team using the contact details below. Please include enough clinical information for our radiologists to confirm that the requested imaging is appropriate.
- Patient name, date of birth, and contact information
- Referring provider name and contact details
- Requested exam and the body region of interest
- Relevant clinical history and the reason for the request
- Any relevant prior imaging or implanted devices
Report delivery
Images are interpreted by Royal College certified radiologists, and reports are sent to the referring provider. Our radiologists are available for consultation to discuss findings and patient care.
Secure access
Images and reports are handled in line with applicable privacy requirements and are made available to referring providers through secure means.

If you are referring a patient from outside Prince Edward Island, please contact our team to confirm the referral and scheduling process.
